The Opportunity

As the Planview Copilot Sr. (Generative AI) Product Manager at Planview, you will lead a team of engineers to build generative-AI driven solutions across all our products.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who believes that AI can radically improve how companies operate, which in turn will lead to a new generation of products and services from our customers. We are enhancing our entire portfolio and infusing AI/ML throughout the latest version of our integrated platform.

Product Management is at the heart of Planview, responsible for guiding the success of its products and leading the cross-functional teams that are responsible for improving them.

The Planview Copilot Sr. Product Manager needs to combine a great instinct for developing compelling products with a strong focus on what users are trying to accomplish in their organization, the technical aptitude to work with engineering and customers, and the business sense to drive product and solution goals and strategies.

What You'll Do

As the Planview Copilot Sr. (Generative AI) Product Manager, we need you to:

• Execute at a fast pace with a focus on user experience, impact, and learning
• Become a subject matter expert across every aspect of our Generative AI offering
• Empower our internal teams by providing context, setting direction, and demonstrating commitment. Product Management sets the course, but enabling Development, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Care moves us forward.
• Work closely with AI & Data Science teams
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.

• Help to define and drive a product roadmap that balances innovation, competitive differentiation, and customer retention.
• Help define the positioning of new product capabilities. Be able to tell the story, demo the product, and effectively define the value for all stakeholders.
• Hold regular customer facing webinars or conference presentations ensuring an engaged customer community.

• Experience working with Agile oriented development teams, methodologies and tools

• Experience with value stream management, PMOs, product development/innovation, engineering and manufacturing, and/or scaling Agile implementations within an organization
• Experience with ChatGPT and LLMs in general
• Excellent communication skills
• An ability to make decisions with imperfect information while understanding the trade-offs of those decisions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment
