What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or economics (or relevant work experience)
  • MBA from a top-tier university (highly desired but not required)
  • 10 years of experience in products, partner management, business development, or procurement
  • 10 years of experience sourcing transformational partnerships in data/technology
  • Experience working with technology companies in financial services software solutions (highly desired)
  • Knowledge of partnership frameworks and applying them to external opportunities
  • Strategic thinking about how partnerships can enable business goals
  • Experience in financial technology, enterprise software sales, alliances, and channel management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to develop and synthesize materials for executive management
  • Ability to build compelling value propositions

Impact You'll Make:

The Partnership Development Sr. Advisor will manage TransUnion Canada's reseller, platform, and distribution partners to expand adoption of TransUnion solutions across industries such as financial services, insurance, retail, and new markets. This includes existing and new solutions launched or upcoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the partnerships roadmap based on market trends and Voice of Customer insights from Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams
  • Coordinate with international product and platform teams to align local strategies and provide insights for international partnership development
  • Present value propositions to external partners to drive solution adoption
  • Improve internal and international operating models continuously
  • Create go-to-market plans and tools to accelerate sales and communicate value
  • Align with internal stakeholders to enhance customer and product value propositions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on solutions, both internally and externally
  • Report on KPIs such as revenue, partnership opportunities, and rollout plans for partnerships

This is a hybrid role requiring both virtual work and in-person presence at an assigned TU office at least two days a week.
