About the job

This position provides coverage across all our business units as a shared administrative support resource. It supports your fellow Administrative Business Partners during leaves of absence, vacations, and other needs. The role involves proactive calendar management and juggling multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive coverage, including handover meetings at the start and end of assignments.
  2. Manage domestic and international travel, process expense reports, organize events, and coordinate meetings and projects.
  3. Track and assist with the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  4. Partner with executives to understand priorities, manage complex calendars, and prepare for meetings.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, discretion, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, planning virtual/in-person/hybrid events.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Mac, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
  • Experience in a high-tech company is preferred.
Location

This remote role is based in Canada, available only in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Travel

Approximately 15% travel is expected to facilitate in-person connections.

Compensation

Estimated pay range: CAD $73,400 - CAD $91,800. Final salary based on skills, experience, and location.
