Join Ecolab as a Contract Senior Account Manager!
In this role within Ecolab’s Nalco Water Downstream team, you will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services within the Oil and Gas industry.
This contract presents an excellent opportunity to establish and start up a new customer account. You will have the chance to cultivate your leadership skills and advance your career growth, all while receiving valuable mentorship and coaching from an experienced sales team.
In this role you will take a consultative sales approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills and retention of strategic accounts. In addition, you will build long-term relationships by understanding customer’s key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
Base salary range is $125000 – $135000. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan termAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
