Accenture is seeking an experienced Database Administrator Specialist to manage multifunctional SQL Server databases and support development/test environments. You will install, configure, patch, back up, and tune performance while ensuring reliable 24/7 support and engineering collaboration across Canada and the US.
The role requires 2–3 years of SQL Server DBA experience, on-prem administration, and strong T-SQL development skills.

An experienced Database Administrator Specialist
The Database Administrator (DBA) handles multifunctional database projects. You will administer development/ test databases. You will be primarily responsible for performing many related database functions across one or more teams. This may include: designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. You are able to install database management systems (DBMS); related software tools, and have working knowledge of operating systems. You should be also able to submit input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
