Sprint Installations is hiring a F/T Insulators Foreman

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $33.75~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Oversee, organize, and manage the daily tasks of insulation workers
2. Coordinate and schedule job assignments, ensuring efficient workflow and timelines
3. Provide supervision to insulation crews ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
4. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
5. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
6. Requisition materials and supplies
7. Prepare work progress reports
8. Supervise and schedule the activities of helpers and apprentices

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the trade supervised is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
