We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems, as well as the ability to perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Test and maintain sprinkler systems, including checking pressure levels and ensuring all components are in working order.
  • Fabricate, rig, and weld components as needed for system repairs or modifications.
  • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to assess system dimensions and ensure proper installation.
  • Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements based on inspection results.

Experience

  • Proven experience(MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS)in fire sprinkler inspection, installation or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fire protection codes, standards, and regulations is essential.
  • Skills in welding, fabrication, rigging, and maintaining various components of fire sprinkler systems are highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
