The Team
The North Fraser Collaborative Practices Team is a passionate, established group dedicated to supporting collaborative planning and dispute resolution processes that help to keep children and youth safe and enhance a family’s support network. This impactful team of five Collaborative Practices Facilitators and one Team Leader serves the North side of the North East Fraser Service Delivery Area, collaborating closely with other Ministry of Children and Family Development teams to support strengths-based, solution-focused decision-making throughout the case management continuum. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.
The Role
