The Role: Spirits Manager

We’re looking for a service-first, spirits-savvy leader to manage the spirits department in our new Regina store. As Spirits Manager, you’ll oversee department operations, engage customers, lead tastings, and help deliver a top-tier shopping experience focused on premium spirits, local favorites, and exclusive brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a high-performing department team
  • Deliver expert customer service and make personalized spirit recommendations
  • Plan and host in-store tasting events
  • Manage department inventory, ordering, and merchandising
  • Monitor team scheduling and sales performance
  • Keep the department organized, clean, and ready for business
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with liquor and workplace safety regulations

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of retail or liquor industry experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
  • Serve It Right certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong product knowledge in spirits (WSET 2 or similar is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
