• a) Effectively managing the classroom to maintain a safe, orderly learning environment
• b) Adhering to the Spirit of Math teaching methodology and administrative system
• c) Delivering lessons to students
• d) Grading students assignments, tests and exams
• e) Building and maintaining relationships with parents
• f) Addressing issues with students’ performance and behaviour
• g) Drafting report cards three times per year
• h) Managing assistant teachers as needed
• i) Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate records of grades and attendance
• j) Performing peer evaluations periodically
• k) Attending professional development sessions several times per year
