School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Richmond, CA

Celebrations Speech Group is hiring for an in-person, school-based assignment serving elementary, middle or high school students. Join a supportive and collaborative team in a vibrant, inclusive charter school environment, and help us provide exceptional therapy services to our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.
    Document treatment plans and progress reports accurately.
    Update student progress biannually.
    Assist in scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.
    Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Current California SLPA License.
    Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders.
    Strong ability to build rapport with staff and students.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Positive, collaborative demeanor with a desire to work with diverse populations.
    Exercise good judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
