CBI Home Health is hiring Home and Community Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are excited by flexible hours and the option to work virtually and in-person. Our current need is in Toronto and Scarborough.

Model of Service

Deliver care via video, phone, or in-person using our digital health platform, supporting a variety of clients and populations with comprehensive assessments and personalized interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and intervention in home-based settings
  • Use of interdisciplinary team approaches
  • Support holistic and restorative care approaches
  • Leverage digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Patient and family-centered care focus
  • Comfort with in-person and virtual care delivery
