Pay Range
Per Visit
VHA's Speech Language Pathologist provides consultation, assessment and planned interventions for diverse client groups across Southern Ontario and the Capital region, referred through VHA Rehab Solutions and Champlain Rehab Solutions. The Speech Language Pathologist works within a continuous quality improvement framework, which reflects VHA’s vision and mission of services as well as promoting and maintaining good public relations with clients, customers and VHA staff, volunteers and associates.

Key Areas of Accountability
VHA's Speech Language Pathologist has the following key areas of accountability, but not limited to:
Required Qualifications :
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.
Membership in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
Eligible for membership in the Ontario Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
Minimum of two years clinical experience and knowledge of community care requirements and resources available.
Expertise in managing clients with complex communication disorders.
Clinical expertise to provide a variety of speech language pathology interventions.
