Alberta Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Team Lead to join their Pediatric Community Rehabilitation team in Edmonton. This position involves leading a team of professionals to enhance clinical services, mentoring, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, relevant certifications, and significant clinical experience in pediatric settings.

Reporting to the Manager, the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Team Lead works primarily onsite to:
As a Speech Language Pathologist Team Lead, you will be responsible to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team where you will be an integral leader to other healthcare professionals (Speech-Language Pathologists and Assistants). You will facilitate the development and ongoing monitoring of clinical standards of practice for speech-language pathology and patient (clients/residents) care protocols in the department and geographical area. In collaboration with management, you will support the development, implementation and evaluate the department's operational plan strategies.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
BLS Health Provider Certification.
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology service delivery setting. Strong organization and time management skills. A demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development, as well as demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, coach and/or facilitate practice growth in others.
