Job summary

Saskhealth Authority is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (Masters) based in Lloydminster. You will plan, organize and deliver speech language services to adults, with responsibilities including assessments and treatments, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Travel within the region may be required. Eligible candidates hold a Master of Speech Language Pathology, a valid Class 5 license, and are part of or eligible for SASLPA membership.

Qualifications

• Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Membership in SASLPA (preferred).

Job Description: The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP), under the direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing speech and language services for adult population. SLP completes speech, language, and swallowing/feeding assessments and treatments according to departmental procedure, best practices and established standards of practice, professional competency. The position works with both Pediatrics and Autism children.
