Job description

Are you a passionate and caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference? Celebrations Speech Group is hiring an in-person, school-based SLP for an assignment in Richmond, CA. Join our supportive and dynamic team in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to students at the elementary, middle, or high school levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for speech / language disorders.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
  • Manage IEP processes, including attending and facilitating meetings.
  • Supervise CFY or SLPA as needed.
  • Collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff.
  • Maintain accurate and legally compliant documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with IEP writing and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of Special Education compliance laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary : $77,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
