Job summary

Monarch House is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team serving clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental needs. You will work across facilities in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, providing comprehensive assessment and therapy services.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to plan and deliver evidence-based interventions in clinics, homes, or schools, while pursuing ongoing professional development and mentorship

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized School of Speech Language Pathology.
• Eligible for active BC regulatory body membership in good standing.
• Passionate about the profession and committed to ongoing professional development.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, intervention and treatment planning for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities.
• Employ a comprehensive range of Speech Pathology skills to maintain, develop or augment oral motor or communicative functions.
• Use excellent interpersonal skills and excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment.
• Build a strong network by maintaining effective communication with clients, families/caregivers, community agencies and service providers.
