CBI Home Health is hiring Home and Community Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are excited by flexible hours and the option to work virtually and in-person! Our current need is in Whitby, Oshawa, and Ajax.

Responsibilities (In-Person or Virtual)
  • Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (e.g., swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication) in home-based settings
  • Use of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach to care
  • Support a holistic and restorative approach (e.g., stroke pathways, cognitive communication supports)
  • Leverage digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Registered member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Focus on person- and family-centered care
  • Comfort with delivering care both in person and virtually
  • Passionate, empathetic, good judgment, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various situations
  • Commitment to helping clients stay at home, where they want to be
