If you’re an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Home Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. As a part of the Home Health Therapy Services team, the Speech Language Pathologist provides services to adult and paediatric populations. Positions are available in Brantford, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Burlington and Mississauga Halton. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates. This role offers a sign-on bonus! You will be paid a visit rate and visits can range from 2 to 25 per week. We can accommodate your availability

What You Need To Be Successful

  • You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Familiarity with swallowing assessments would be considered an asset
  • Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
  • You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
  • You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
  • You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Home Health Services team
