Job description

Status: 1 FTE- Term from July 1 - November 28, 2025

Hours of work:Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility in hours

Wage range:$42.27 - $52.81in accordance with the HSA Collective Agreement Health Science Professionals Subsector

The OSNS Child and Youth Development Centre is a vibrant, non-for-profit organization providing clinical intervention and support services to children with a variety of developmental conditions.

We work in a family centered, child-focused environment and enjoy close community partnerships. We are continuously evolving to reflect best practices of intervention. This SLP role functions as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and will require that our Centre’s vision and values be represented with spirit and professionalism.

We are seeking a team member who believes in clinical collaboration and knowledge sharing.Effective partnerships with families require strong communication skills and clinical experience.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Membership in the College of Speech and Hearing Health Care Professionals of BC
  • Registered or eligible for the RASP
  • Two years pediatric experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clinical judgment and competence (i.e.: implementing functional and measurable goals towards meaningful outcomes)
  • Acceptable Criminal Record Check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Professional References
