A regional health authority is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered speech-language therapy services. Responsibilities include developing therapy goals, providing leadership to staff, and ensuring quality assurance. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, current licensure, and experience working with adult clients. Reporting to the Manager or designate and working without general supervision as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the delivery of quality patient/client-centered speech-language therapy services, including the development of goals and objectives and standards, resource utilization, program planning and quality assurance. Provides work direction to designated staff as required.
