Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess clients, set goals, and implement personalized treatment plans in a hybrid setting across Canada. The role supports a diverse care team and emphasizes compassionate, client-centered approaches to improve communication and quality of life.

Ideal candidates will hold a recognized SLP degree, be in good standing with Ontario's regulatory college, and have experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab to contribute to integrated care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in acute/rehab or community rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of clients.
  • Formulate goals and recommendations.
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs.
  • May participate in the Aphasia program.

Requirements

  • A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
