Job summary

Eclipse E-Line Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned Well Logging Supervisor to lead specialty logging operations in Alberta. You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain downhole data acquisition systems, ensuring safety and data integrity on site.

Rotational schedule (15 on/6 off) with per diems and benefits. The role requires 5+ years in well logging, 2+ in supervision, and valid H2S Alive and other certifications. You will mentor junior staff and deliver on-site data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in well logging or wireline; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of well logging tools and methods.
• Experience with specialty logging technologies.
• Familiarity with Warrior software.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1/3 an asset).
• H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, TDG, WHMIS certifications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Specialty Well Logging operations
  
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain logging equipment, sensors, and acquisition systems
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate data delivery
• Interpret preliminary logging data and ensure quality control on-site
• Train and mentor junior logging operators and technicians
• Prepare operational reports and ensure data integrity during handoffs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in well logging or wireline operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior field role
• Strong technical knowledge of well logging tools and methods
• Experience with specialty logging technologies
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Warrior)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
• Required certifications: H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, TDG, WHMIS
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in remote locations and under physically demanding conditions on a rotational basis
