Shoppers Drug Mart is offering a Winter 2027 co-op in the Specialty Programs Oncology team. The role focuses on researching oncology trends, patient needs, reimbursement, and innovation while supporting stakeholder mapping and strategic materials. A 4-month term runs from January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The student will assist the oncology program team, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and gain experience within a national retail health brand.

Winter 2027 Work Term

Term Length: 4 months

The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office ( to be determined by each business unit).

The Specialty Programs Oncology Co-op Student will support the oncology program team in advancing innovative, patient-centred oncology programs and strengthening SHN’s capabilities within the Canadian oncology landscape.

The Co-op Student will support the team by conducting research and synthesizing insights on oncology trends, patient needs, treatment access, reimbursement, and emerging innovations. The student will also assist with stakeholder mapping, presentations, proposals, and strategic materials, while supporting oncology program innovation, continuous improvement initiatives, and other special projects.
