Job Description

Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical? Join our dynamic team where your expertise in accounts payable will ensure the compliance of our Visa transactions with SOX standards and internal procedures.

What You Will Do Daily
  • Review and analyze Visa reports to identify anomalies or non-compliance, ensuring adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
  • Maintain control and analysis files, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions with operations.
  • Perform BU and GL corrections, analyze variances in gross profit, and report significant errors to relevant partners.
  • Propose improvements to internal controls and provide guidance and training on compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with financial and operational teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work with internal auditors to provide samples and respond to inquiries during audits.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting or related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in accounts payable or matching in a high-volume environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, for effective communication across teams.
