Locations: Vernon or Salmon Arm, BC
Wage: $27.54 per hour to start, as per the collective agreement
Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week
Summary:
Axis Family Resources Ltd. is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Specialized Caregiver Supports to support Persons Served residing in Specialized Supportive Housing in Vernon or Salmon Arm, BC. Building and maintaining healthy relationships with our Persons Served through a trauma-informed practice is the core of our work. In this role, you will promote a positive and healthy environment that supports our persons served towards achieving educational, social, and recreational goals while focusing on daily life skills development. Resiliency, empathy, patience, and the ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries are qualities of people who establish a meaningful career with Axis.
As a Specialized Caregiver Supports, you will be provided with in-depth training and 24-hour on-call support.
