Position Summary

The B2B Sales Support Specialist ensures seamless onboarding of our business clientele and provides both administrative and customer service support to our Sales Partners, Sales & Service Partners (SSPs) and our Regional Business Managers.

A day in the life as a B2B Sales Support Specialist. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage new business contract process.
    • Data entry of new customer contracts and order processing
  • Assist SR Sales Operations Specialist with Supply Chain in regard to stock transfers and inventory control.
  • Machine stop and swap- Orders and special order.
  • Delivery and rush delivery Special requests for SF (Free goods, events, escalations, etc)
  • Manage some blocked account.
  • Create transport form for large order (SC)
  • Daily communication of customer related operations with Sales and Service Partners (SSPs), Sales Partners and Regional Business Managers.
  • Provide Monthly/weekly productivity reporting & database administration to B2B Director and sales team.
  • Coordinate with technical service coordinators the process to ensure service and or swaps are provided to the customer.
  • Execute the control process for the defined controls and identify gaps and possible trends
  • Contribute ideas for corrective action in order to improve processes by making practical and value-added recommendations.
  • Point of contact for escalations for B2B for the CRC

What will make you successful

Experience

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. The role involves frequent and complex collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and internationally. These interactions necessitate a high level of proficiency in English to effectively perform the tasks associated with the job.
  • 3-5 years working experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
  • Working experience in an international environment is considered an asset
  • Having a previous experience in a B2B environment (Offices and/or Hotels Restaurants Cafés) ideally in a customer service or commercial function is considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a great sense of personal responsibility
  • Comfortable with various digital platforms and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
