As a Senior Specialist – Commercial Management of Engine Events you will be reporting to the Associate Director Commercial Event Management, Claim and warranty.
You will be responsible for proposing and providing Global Commercial Support for engine events to our Programs Teams as well as our Global Customer Service Organization.
You will also act as a facilitator in case of complex commercial situations and coordinate with all value streams regarding decisions, instructions and concessions for specific customer offers regarding engine events.
You will also be handling complex customer matters and coordinate for issue resolution to satisfy profitability and customer expectations.
You will participate in campaign approval process, warranty adequacy and various other Financial Processes and requirement.
As a commercial Event Management Senior Specialist, you will also oversee the integration of major business and digital transformation into the business operations and continue to evolve our center of excellence to become best in class support teams. You will be involved in major transformations using digital & system thinking as well as Global mindset to deliver scalable digital products and processes.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Provides Commercial Support guidance to the CS organization specific engine events or claims assessment
Coordinate complex commercial issues/ events related to engine event and claims with multidisciplinary teams.
Communicates and liaises with all value stream regarding decisions, instructions or concessions for specific engine events.
Handles complex customer matters with high profile customers and coordinates for issue resolution to satisfy business profitability and customer expectations.
Participate in campaigns approval process, product reliability meetings, EACs and warranty adequacy.
Continuous Change Agent who will enable scalability and flawless integration to new technology and processes with strong communication and influential leadership practices.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, to lead and influence decisions.
What do you need to be successful?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Aeronautics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
10 years of professional experience;
Passion for data-driven decision making and analytics
High degree of autonomy
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, persuade and empower to influence business transformations
Self-starter who is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
Lead by example, team player
Is strong in building relationship and trust with key stakeholders
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
