You will enter data related to product complaints, assist in communications with international teams, and maintain compliance with regulations. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter data of product complaint cases into the Pharmacovigilance Works system
- Handle first-line phone calls of product complaints as needed
- Maintain a record of all adverse event cases and assist in drafting reports for health authorities
- Communicate with the international pharmacovigilance team regarding product complaint feedback
- Collaborate with quality assurance and customer service teams to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma in Animal Health Technology or a bachelor's degree in animal sciences, biological sciences, chemistry, or a related field
- Experience as an animal health technician or in a related role in veterinary practice or the animal health industry
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and knowledge of the Pharmacovigilance-Works database and government regulations on pharmacovigilance
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to maintain partnerships with functional units and international colleagues
