Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Equipment Rental Specialist in Chambly, QC to support internal sales and customer service for construction equipment. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients understand needs, negotiate, and place orders with professionalism.

Locations Sunbelt, l'entreprise de location qui connaît la plus forte croissance en Amérique du Nord, recherche un spécialiste en location d'équipement. Le spécialiste en location d'équipement est un poste de vente interne chargé d'assister les clients par téléphone et en personne pour la location de tous types d'équipements de construction/industriels. Ce poste est considéré comme le premier point de contact de l'entreprise avec le client, dont l'objectif est de comprendre les besoins du client en matière d'équipement, de négocier et de passer des commandes. Ce poste exige également de solides compétences administratives et la capacité de satisfaire le client grâce à une attitude professionnelle en toutes circonstances.

Formation ou expérience

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED requis
• Permis de conduire valide requis
• Connaissance des différents types d'outils et d'équipements de construction/industriels

Connaissances/compétences/aptitudes sur lesquelles vous pouvez compter

• Expérience dans le domaine de la location d'équipements ou dans le secteur de la construction
• Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication téléphonique
• Solides compétences informatiques et administratives
• Le bilinguisme (anglais) est un atout.

Les exigences physiques de ce poste impliquent de se pencher, s'accroupir, s'agenouiller, tendre les bras, soulever des charges de 22 kg ou plus, et travailler à l'intérieur/à l'extérieur lorsque le poste l'exige.
