Role Overview

The Content Management Specialist for the Battlefield Franchise manages documentation across platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Reporting to the Battlefield Franchise Operations Manager, you will ensure documentation is accessible, current, and supports the development and operational teams.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation related to the Battlefield Franchise, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
2. Develop strategies for structuring content, including taxonomy, metadata, and governance.
3. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to effectively capture and distribute information.
4. Optimize documentation platforms to improve productivity and user experience.
5. Ensure documentation accuracy, relevance, and quality through regular audits and updates.
6. Support team members in using documentation tools and best practices.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to enhance documentation practices.
8. Maintain documentation security with access rights governance and update security practices as per EA guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field.
2. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
3. Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
4. Knowledge of content management systems and principles.
5. Experience in documentation management, preferably within the gaming industry.
6. Experience with the Battlefield Franchise or similar projects is a plus.
