Job description

Qualifications :

Salary : $45,000 – $48,000 CAD

Reporting to : TA Manager

Location : Remote for now, hybrid in the future

Role Type : Contract

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring the requisition is correct and posted on different platforms.
  • Sourcing for candidates through ATS database, Indeed sourcing, Social Platforms, Universities, Community Centers, others
  • Screening candidates resume.
  • Conducting phone screen / interviews.
  • Daily / weekly interaction with the hiring manager to understand needs, changes to requisitions, interview availability etc.
  • Scheduling interviews with the Hiring Manager.
  • Closing positions within deadlines.
  • Processing offers through ATS.
  • Processing Onboardings through ATS.
  • Conducting background checks if needed.
  • Integrating hires to other HR systems.
  • Updating any internal work sheets / process in the hiring workflow.
  • Creative thinking on sourcing and avenues to hire.
  • Following the workflow and keeping ATS clean.
  • Keeping the day organized and working on priorities.
  • Escalating errors, bugs, challenges to manager.
  • Any other projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in an Agency or Retail environment
  • Experience collaborating with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in French & English.
  • Experience managing different clients and their expectations.
  • Creative and out of box thinking on sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to find the best field talent and know how to demonstrate to them why they should work with us.
  • Serious drive to get things done within timelines.
  • Proficient in MS office – Outlook, Teams, Word, Power point, Excel
  • Organized and capability to follow instructions and workflow.
  • Great with working in a team environment
  • Love to network. keeps up to date on trends in the industry
