We are looking for someone to manage, lead or oversee a team of engineers and designers to facilitate an assessment and integration of a third-party organization with TD. You will work in close partnership with ambitious business stakeholders and technology teams on a broad range of initiatives varying in risk, size, and complexity.

Responsabilités Clés

• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements, budget, and architectural goals.
• Support the creation and delivery of technical solutions supporting business outcomes.
• Participate in business planning and define technology delivery approaches.
• Ensure compliance with standards and monitor incident escalation processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support deployment of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on software quality assurance reviews and execute on strategic investments.
• Work with partners across Technology to leverage synergies.

Équipe

• Participate in team activities, promote a positive work environment, and support knowledge sharing.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their development.
• Manage a team of IT professionals supporting business needs.

Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development and technology.
• 3+ years on Azure services including Databricks, ADLS, PySpark.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms.
• Leadership experience in large-scale Java/RESTful API projects.
• Strong Java and API skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and develop relationships across units.

Compétences Optionnelles

• Experience with Angular, JavaScript/React.
• Experience in banking reporting technology.
