What We Require

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, display, and video campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience in client relationship management, strategy development, and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with third-party bid management platforms like DoubleClick and Kenshoo.
  • Ability to develop campaign structures on Google and Microsoft Ads aligned with client goals and best practices.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and providing actionable insights.
  • Competence in budget management across multiple campaigns and platforms.
  • Knowledge of creating multi-location campaigns and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Ability to suggest and implement campaign optimizations based on performance data.
  • Experience with ad copy and extension testing.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads features and integration.
  • Skills in data manipulation and visualization in Excel.
  • A strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
