Job summary

Tilray welcomes applications for a production cleaning role at our Gatineau plant. The position involves cleaning offices, public areas, restrooms, and processing lines, with strict daily, weekly, monthly schedules. You will record completion of tasks, report safety issues, and assist with recycling programs.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in high temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, public areas, restrooms, storage areas, processing rooms, employee cafeteria, and locker rooms.
• Clean and sanitize processing machines, equipment, and processing areas in the plant.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to standard operating procedures with strict schedules.
• Record completion of cleaning tasks per SOPs.
• Report safety issues and respond to supervisor requests.
• Use and maintain equipment; report malfunctions.
• Ensure storage cabinets are clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Participate in the company’s recycling program.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
