Join to apply for the role of Spécialiste de la formation, Solutions de trésorerie et de paiement at BMO Groupe financier.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify organizational needs and deliver effective training programs focused on performance and learning to support business strategies.
  • Develop, promote, maintain, and actively manage assigned learning programs, including periodic reviews, analyzing results, providing feedback, and recommending improvements.
  • Ensure all program components are executed efficiently, including change management and communication plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for assigned programs, using influence and negotiation skills to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging issues to inform decision-making and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Design measurable retention strategies, assess and recommend risk mitigation solutions, and prioritize stakeholder opportunities.
  • Define and recommend the learning strategy aligned with business objectives, contributing to short and long-term planning.
  • Participate in setting business priorities and strategic initiatives, conducting independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
  • Decompose strategic problems, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor program performance, address issues, and investigate risks to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of learning solutions that meet business needs, including designing programs and determining delivery methods.
  • Manage various projects and initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery within budget.
  • Deliver training and courses to leaders and employees to achieve performance goals.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing vendor relationships.
  • Support strategic initiatives, track key indicators, and manage change processes.
  • Assist in customizing messages and communications, and keep programs current with sector developments.
  • Provide specialized advice, technical support, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Work independently, manage non-routine situations, and undertake broader tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Typically five to seven years of relevant professional experience with post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in program development and facilitation, with expertise in training delivery.
  • Strong program management skills, attention to detail, and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Salary:

69,000.00 - 129,000.00 CAD
