What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone, email, and web-based clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Deliver counselling and adherence support to patients based on pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage call queues and ensure timely response to incoming communications
- Report adverse events and assist with financial means testing for patients
- Facilitate the completion of special authorization forms and appeals as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or a call center
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service

- Experience in specialty pharmacy or patient assistance programs
- Knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy transactions
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
