Summary

Lead the design and development of engaging user experiences for various applications. Translate user needs and business requirements into effective web/mobile features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user-centered solutions: process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Study and improve user experience: ease of use, value perception, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers.
  • Stay updated on technology and customer preferences.
  • Manage projects / processes, including content integration and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Assess and find solutions to problems which can be complex.
Critical Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • In-depth knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Problem-solving skills and independent work ethic.
  • Understanding of web development and usability testing.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
  • In addition, as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact with both English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
  • In-depth knowledge of Search engine optimisation and research
