We are currently seeking a Specialist to join our collaborative team and contribute to delivering high-quality tax solutions that drive value for our clients. What you will do

  • Collaborate with senior team members to support project management for M&A transactions
  • Assist in tax-related analysis and documentation
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct tax due diligence procedures by analyzing data, identifying risks and assisting with tax due diligence process
  • Contribute to the development of tax strategies by assisting with preparation of structuring documents and related analysis
  • Participate in client meetings and support decision-making processes

What you bring to the role
