The Early Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to delivering top intern/co‑op talent to our stakeholders and an exceptional candidate experience to the students we engage with. We collaborate with internal clients and across Culture & People Office to provide strategic insights that facilitate the development of tailored recruitment strategies, targeted events and other programs to that position Deloitte as Category of One. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full‑lifecycle recruitment support. You will work alongside other Specialists and Analysts across the country on national large‑scale programs to smaller, local targeted events at tier one schools.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
