Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist. The role involves ensuring master customer data and pricing accuracy across all SAI databases, supporting sales with account and pricing information, and developing proposals for RFPs/RFIs. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to maintain data integrity, facilitate order processing, and support sales strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Input and maintain customer master records, including price lists, and document any unique customer process flows.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Contracts, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Update and verify customer information across SAP, Metrix, CRM, GHX, and OneSource databases, and resolve invoice errors.
  4. Assist the sales team with account and pricing data to facilitate timely customer responses.
  5. Develop RFP/RFI proposals using automation software, monitor RFP posting sites, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  6. Work with internal teams to verify compliance and develop content for RFP responses.
  7. Integrate information from multiple sources to develop professional client messaging.
  8. Manage multiple projects, provide regular updates, and present reports to management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with medical devices, capital equipment contracting, or RFP automation software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
