Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced UAT Lead for Lending and Leasing in Canada. The role requires leading testing teams, designing test plans, cases, and scenarios from LRD and use cases, and coordinating across E2E teams and stakeholders.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of QA processes, data validation, HP ALM/JIRA, and a focus on banking domain testing in lending and leasing. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Extensive testing leadership with 12 years in testing and 9 years as a test lead.
• Experience in preparing test plans, scenarios and test cases from requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for lending and leasing domains across QA, development and business teams.
• Coordinate E2E testing activities and stakeholder communication.
• Validate data sources and transform logic, upload to target tables.

9 years of handson experience as test lead

Good knowledge on QA process and terminologies

Able to Prepare Test Plan Test Scenarios Test case design by going through the requirement documents like LRDHLRD and use cases

Able to validate data sources extracting data applications of transformation logic and uploading data in target tables

Good in Coordination between the E2E teams and stakeholders

Good years of Experience on HP ALMJIRA

Defect Management Process able to organize defect triaging and execution call with the stakeholders

Good Communication skills Team Player work collaboratively with the teams

Good years of experience and strong knowledge of banking domain specifically in Lending and leasing domain
