The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn, develop skills, and gain valuable on-the-job experience.

Overview

  1. Acts as a business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product.
  2. Roles in this family oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product’s lifecycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the analysis of internal and external stakeholder needs and issues.
  2. Conduct market research to inform profitability targets for a specific product.
  3. Assist in creating reports on market insights and industry trends.
  4. Assist in monitoring project plan statuses.
  5. Assist in the creation of best practice documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Draft materials such as training decks or portions of RFPs.

Experiences

  1. Exposure to Microsoft Office programs and ability to create deliverables on time (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  2. Experience with collecting and working with data, including standardizing, summarizing, initial observations, and highlighting inconsistencies.
  3. Exposure to working with various product lines, technologies, and industries.
