  • Comfort with technology that supports learning (e.g., Learning Mgt Systems, Zoom, Sharepoint).
  • Coordinated the execution of virtual and in-person events and/or learning programs.
  • Served as a primary point of contact for client, faculty, and learner communications and support.
  • Maintained accurate records of program activities, schedules, and communications.
  • Contributed to process improvements to enhance program efficiency and sustainability.
