The Senior Specialist supports the development, planning, and implementation of provincial programs related to patient-reported experience and outcome measurement, working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders to improve health outcomes and experiences across Ontario.
Responsibilities include supporting program implementation, collaborating with health teams, leveraging data for quality improvement, managing projects, and preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field, 3-6 years of healthcare experience, project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare system and patient-centered care principles is essential.
This is a temporary, full-time position for 18 months, located in the GTA, Ontario, with a hybrid work model. The application deadline is June 23, 2025.
