What You Will Do In This Role

  • WFM requests (overtime, reconciliation, assisting with shift /vacation bids)
  • Audit helpdesk
  • Posting stats/Key Performance metrics
  • Agent tech/skilling issues follow up
  • Coordination of testing & submission of skill requests
  • Update Emergency Scorecards, master tracker and reports
  • Master EMD roster and CE tracker
  • Monitoring completion & expiration dates to ensure certification compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinating advisors continuing education with training department and WFM
  • Management of uniform orders, IDs, cell phones, special events & TV updates
  • Assist with coordination of team meetings with structured agenda items
  • Creation of communications, desk toppers, etc.

  • The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$45,100 CAD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
