Reporting to the Superintendent – Process Plant, you will be part of the Process Plant Department. Your role will support the transition of a mining project from construction and commissioning toward operational readiness. You will act as a strategic partner across departments—engineering, maintenance, health & safety, environment, and operations—to develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive operational readiness plans. You will lead readiness initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure systems, processes, people, and infrastructure are aligned for a safe, efficient, and sustainable operation. You will also ensure that goals are achieved while promoting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental standards.
