Manage the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) by building partnerships with developers, brokers, and branches. Ensure the mortgage process complies with policies and regulations. Provide excellent service to debtors and prospective debtors, adhering to established policies, instructions, and procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage sales
• Basic knowledge of banking lending and mortgage processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Good selling skills and a strong network, especially in mortgage
• Confident and persistent in acquiring prospective debtors and cross-selling
