With 10+ years in heavy civil estimating, you will guide design reviews, risk assessment, and value engineering while mentoring a high-performance team and maintaining cost databases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience within heavy civil construction.
• Experience delivering estimates for large infrastructure, transportation, rail, or complex civil projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, productivity, costing, procurement, and risk management.
• Experience leading estimating teams and developing high-performing professionals.
• The ability to communicate confidently with executives, operations teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

With a strong pipeline of transportation, rail, and civil infrastructure work, they're looking for an experienced Chief Estimator to lead their estimating function and play a key role in business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
