Job description

Position Summary: The Specialist, Merchandising ensures accurate and compliant pricing execution across all channels, supports Category Managers with merchandise planning, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize retail strategies.

What you'll do: The Specialist, Merchandising manages pricing compliance and integrity across various promotions and events, ensuring accurate execution online and in stores. Responsibilities include running compliance tests, price audits, event downloads, investigating and resolving pricing issues, and providing improvement suggestions to merchants. The role supports assortment planning, merchandise event execution, and advertisement proofing in collaboration with Category Managers. It involves managing item files, creating vendor-funded promotions, maintaining merchandising templates, and analyzing data for merchandising decisions. The Specialist also manages vendor relationships, provides system training, initiates agreements, and ensures compliance. Additionally, the role supports product recalls, addresses store inquiries, and works with eCommerce teams to optimize vendor content, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline merchandising.
